The final preparations are being made for the school fete. A big thank you to everyone who has donated items to sell as well as bottles for the bottle stall and gift boxes. More donations will be gratefully received on Friday.
Class 8 have been busy making badges and Class 3 has been producing their own playdough, ready to sell on the day. Everyone is welcome to come along. Gates open at 1pm on Saturday.
IT’S that time of year again when we ask you to dig deep and help us raise as much money as possible for your school.
We are sending home a box or a sealed bag with every pupil and asking for your help to fill it, with new and secondhand items, which will be sold at the school fete.
With your help we can ensure the children of St Mary’s get as many extra learning experiences as possible, including theatre trips, educational visits and workshops and continue to fund the school’s laptops and ipads for every class, in the next academic year.
You will also find raffle tickets enclosed. If you would like to purchase some, or all of these tickets, simply return the ticket stubs and money to the office, or give them to your child's class teacher.
We are also appealing for donations for the bottle, toy and bric-a-brac stalls as well as for volunteers to help on the day. See the poster below for more information.
MANY THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT
Here are some images of gift box ideas for the school fete. We would be grateful if you could return all donations and raffle ticket money by June 20th.
THANK YOU
