| Welcome to St.Mary's |
Croeso/Welcome to our school website.
The site is regularly being updated to provide information about our school. We welcome comments and contributions from children, parents, former pupils and the wider community. What do you like about our site? Do you have any practical suggestions, which could be made to improve the site. We value your views and look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you.
R.A. JEFFERIES
HEADTEACHER
Our Mission Statement was revised in the summer term 2008 following widespread consultation with the children, our parents and the wider community.
“Through Jesus, we learn and play, care and pray.”
“Drwy Iesu, rydyn ni’n dysgu a chwarae, gofalu a gweddio.”
We would particularly welcome any accounts from former pupils about their own school experiences. Go to My Time in St. Mary's for examples, which have already been posted. There you can also hear some of our present pupils bring the stories to life.
ICT Vision
The school has a vision for ICT which was written after consultation with the pupils, teaching staff and the governing body. It reflects on how we, as a school, see the importance that ICT plays in the lives of everyone today and how much it will impact on our lives, especially those of the children in the future.
The children’s ideas as to what ICT means to them is incorporated within the logo so that as technology, and the children’s understanding of technology changes, then the ICT logo and vision can change in line with these technological advances.
