The Jesuit Pupil Profile at St. Mary's
St. Mary's supports the development of the whole child through the adoption of the Jesuit Pupil Profile, as directed by the Archdiocese of Cardiff.
The Pupil Profile is composed of 8 pairs of virtues that sum up what pupils and staff in our Catholic School should be living and how they should be learning, in keeping with St. Ignatius Loyola's own vision that we can show 'improvement in living and learning for the greater glory of God and the common good'.
The Jesuit understanding of education reflects the Church's vision for all Catholic schools - "There is no separation between time for learning and time for formation."
